He is currently or has been a fully qualified licensed real estate salesperson in British Columbia, California and Arizona. Ian has won several awards and his qualifications include a degree in golf course management and industrial engineering. He also has certifications in three countries as a ski instructor and a race coach, in addition to being a qualified pilot and operator of his own hot air balloon.
