Lake Country/Kelowna specialist – The Share Team, offers a unique Seller’s program whereby we could work for you for FREE.

If you engage us as the Listing Agent for your property, we potentially could work for Free and make Zero commission associated with listing your property.

However, in order to attract Buyers and their agents who may be interested in your property, we would need to offer an acceptable Buyer’s agent commission to them plus a small fee to our listing brokerage.  Even though The Share Team is okay with potentially working for FREE, other parties involved (Buyer’s Agent & my Brokerage) generally like to get paid.
