Buyers Program

We guarantee to be accountable in negotiating up to at least $15,000 OFF THE ORIGINAL MLS LISTED PRICE when you purchase your home through us. If unsuccessful in achieving the reduction in purchase price then The Share Team will reimburse you up to $1,500, on the successful completion date of your home.

Based on MLS listed price of:
$250,000 to $349,999 = negotiate at least $7,500 off PP or reimburse $750 at closing
$350,000 to $499,999 = negotiate at least $10,000 off PP or reimburse $1,000 at closing
$500,000 and more = negotiate at least $15,000 off PP or reimburse $1,500 at closing
