3. Buyers are Educated on Home Values too.

Many seller’s hope that their Realtor will find someone one that is willing to pay more for their home than it’s really worth.  Will this happen?  Who knows, sometimes it does, however will it happen enough to rely on….no.  Remember a good agent will review the same data with the buyer they are working with.
