This is where the experience of The Share Team comes in handy.  I’ve seen many agents put about 2 minutes worth of work into arriving at an asking price.  It takes time to look at all the properties currently listed, (your competition), recently sold and even expired.  Why expired listings you may ask?  These listings are good to research to find out what went wrong so that we can avoid the same mistake.  We will evaluate how your home compares with homes that have recently sold.  Again you must make sure that you are viewing the data objectively.
